CIVILIAN CAREER DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR TRAINING: Supervisor training is being conducted at the base theater every Tuesday (0900-1000) and Thursday (1400-1500) during the month of September (except 11 Sep). This training is mandatory for each/every supervisor to attend one of the briefing dates/times. For more information contact the Civilian Personnel Office at 277-4204. 18. SPEEDING PENALTIES: In addition to penalties assessed under the California Vehicle Code, there are other penalties that may be assessed on EAFB. Squadron commanders also have the authority and discretion to suspend driving privileges for up to 30 days for traffic violations. Penalties range from 3 - 6 traffic points and 3 days - 1 year suspension. So don’t speed! For more information call SSgt Hoffman at 277-6901 20. PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY AND THE PRIVACY OF OTHERS: Personally Identifiably Information (PII) as defined is information about an individual that identifies, links, relates, or is unique to, or describes him or her. Sensitive PII is personal information, which if lost, compromised or disclosed without authorization, could result in substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to an individual. Examples of sensitive PII are Social Security Numbers (SSN), financial account information, etc. As part of our daily tasks we are required to handle PII, one must ensure they take appropriate precautions to safeguard it appropriately to avoid harm or damage to our Airmen. If a PII breach occurs one must immediately notify their unit Privacy Act Monitor or their chain of command so we can mitigate the risk and notify our Airmen whos PII was compromised.
