Here is the BIG news...... We are expanding Narellan Pole Perfect with 3 new rooms we are providing super CHEAP gym membership for enrolled students. We will have an extra pole room, PT, gym room, stretch and an aerial room. So this means more classes proper foyer sitting area and reception. We are going to be running a Get fit quick program thats exclusive to Pole Perfect and this will get you strong and flexi. SWEAT ROOM : We will have wall bars for strengthening and flexibility treadmills, Pilates reformer, proper heavy weights, and kettle Bells. GHD (glutes hamstring developer) cable cage, weight loaded leg machines, pull up bars, dip bars, exercise bike, cross trainer, exercise balls and 1 pole for use. (air conditioned with mirrors) New Pole Room : Poles with mats so we can run 2 pole classes at the same time which means your more likely to get a good time slot Yaay Aerial / Trampoline Room Aerial Cube, stretching equipment, gymnastics, booty trampoline classes ( no lira or silks classes but we do have facilities for aerial students to pay for practise time if they are at intermediate level) I am so excited to be able to bring these amazing facilities to you all a gym at cheap prices new programs to get you fit and feeling good and best of all WE ARE NOT MOVING !!!
