Here is the Blue Willow Inn Recipe of the week: SEAFOOD CHOWDER 1 lb. peeled and cleaned shrimp 2 cans tomato filets 3 cans chopped clams w/juice 4 oz. dry red wine 2 cans chicken broth 4 pieces tilapia (cubed) 1 tsp. basil leaves 1 tsp. oregano leaves 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. granular garlic 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup parsley 1 onion finely chopped 2 stalks of celery finely chopped 1 tbs. margarine Place chopped onions and celery in a stock pot and sautee in margarine until tender. Add tomato filets, chicken broth, spices and red wine. Slowly bring to a boil. Add shrimp, clams and tilapia. cook until shimp is cooked
