Here is the Enchilida Casserole recipe I have been asked by 2 people to share. 2# Hamburger 1 Onion (Chopped) Salt & Pepper to taste (Brown the above together) Add: 1 can mushroom soup 1 can of green chilies 1 can cream of chicken 1 can taco sauce 1 pkg. dry enchilada sauce mix 1 can water (SIMMER ALL TOGETHER 15-20 MIN.) In large casserole dish layer meat mixture with Taco Shells cut into strips. ADD: a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat until all meat mixture is used. End with Cheddar Cheese. Bake in over @ 350 until cheese is melted. About 20 min. Delicious.
