Here is the Protein Pumpkin Pie Recipe from our Grand Opening this past weekend. Thanks again to Nancy Rowe for this wonderful treat as everyone loved it! 280 Calories, 23g protein, 37g carbs, 5g fat, and 2g fiber. Ingredients -2 Cups fat free ricotta cheese, 1.5 cups Pure Pumpkin, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, .5 tsp nutmeg, 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder, 1 low fat graham cracker pie crust. Instructions- Beat All Ingredients Until Smooth. Pour into Pie Crust and Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
