Here is the bottom of a G6R frame that needed to be fixed up. The customer took a bad fall on it and the frame bent at the point where the screws go through. As you can see in the first part of the video the ASA, when loose, was wobbly back and forth and therefore wouldnt seal. To fix it, I took a couple fine single cut hand files and re-flattened the bottom of the frame where the ASA is supposed to sit flat. Got rid of the wobble and now it seals perfectly again. Saves the customer from having to buy a new frame and the modification isnt visible at all externally.
