Here is the class schedule for February at Sheryl Dycks Fitness. Morning Power/Cardio (Get fit): Monday & Friday 8:30 am – 9:30 am, February 3 – February 28 ( No classes on Feb 7 & 10), $16/ class Indoor Morning Boot Camp: Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 am – 9:30 am, February 4 – February 27, $11/ class Afternoon Power/Cardio (Get Fit): Wednesday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, February 5 – February 26, $16/ class Evening Power/Cardio (Get Fit): Monday & Wednesday 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm, February 3 – February 26 ( No class February 10) $16/ class Indoor Evening Boot Camp: Tuesday & Thursday 5 pm –6 pm & 6:10 pm – 7:10 pm, February 4 – February 27, $11/ class Kettle Bell Class: Fridays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm, February 14 – February 28 ( No class February 7) ( At this time this class is only open to those who have participated in the December training) $16/ class ***A new Kettle Bell Training Class will be offered in April*** Sunday Boot Camps: February 2 & February 16, 7 am – 8 am, $11/ class Drop-ins are always welcome for an additional cost. Personal Training (one to one), Buddy Training (couples or partners), TRX Training session (suspension training system), Dry land training for all ages and all levels of athletic abilities.
