Here is the first exercise in the series. We are going to start with the classic squat. If you can do this exercise running will be easy for you. Start with a solid base, feet hip to shoulder width apart and standing tall. Next drop your hips between your ankles keeping your arms eye level and squat as low as you can. To retune, focus on pushing your feet into the ground and the ground away from your body. This will help you keep your body centered and make the squat feel easier. Good luck
