Do we really want to be a city where buskers are forced to measure 100 feet around themselves and have to fear being arrested if they sing and play music loud enough for someone standing 101 feet away to hear it? Do we want to be a city where we have police officers hanging out on the plaza waiting to bust a busker who plays music too loud or too close to another busker? This is a recipe for fascism!
