Here is the obsessive pollster in me again, but there is something very weird going on again in polls on President Obamas approval rating. Rasmussen, which used to poll conservatively on Obama, has his approval /disapproval tied at 49/49. Gallup, which used to have a slight liberal bias, has Obama at -15 (40/55). I know one is likely voters while the other is all respondents, but it is still a little wacky. Anyone with a good explanation?
