There is more than gunfire, there are drug runners on bicycles and cars that pull up and wait for drug deliveries, there are late night parties til 2 am very loud….. this is a systemic problem and I live next door. 1018 Wells Ave at President Street. You really need to make sure that a housing authority rep in a position of power attends this meeting tomorrow night.
