Here is the recipe for the snack I made: 2T almond butter (made from ONLY almonds) 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix (I used vanilla) 1T honey 1/4 cup oatmeal Mix it all together. Form into whatever shape you want. I made a rectangle on wax paper. The total calories is 352 with 16 grams of protein. Divide totals by how many pieces you cut it into. It was very good and I like the almond butter over peanut butter because it has bits of almond! I got the almond butter at Fred Meyer where you grind it yourself!
