Here is the results of my weekend project. I atempted to make a smaller verion of the Southern Living Cover Christmas Cake. . First I had never made a cake from Scratch much less the middle layer of this is a cheese cake. Never made a cheessecake either! It did take all weekend as you must let the cheese cake sit overnight. Jeff Andrew had to lend a hand to help sift the power sugar for the icing ( which is made using pure white chocolate ) And here is the final product! Success, and it taste as good as it looks!
