Here is the scenario:throat hurts, extremely painful to swallow. Friday urgent care bound. Throat culture negative for strep. . . Dr. Says viral. . . 1. Throat hurts on right side from ear down. Not back of throat 2. So painful to swallow I dread saliva. 3. Smoothies and ice cream and soup bound (diet out window) So, do I go back to urgent care, pay $50 and see if there is anything else they can do Or Toughen it out and see what the next day brings. I feel fine except for that. I have energy. Please note that I had the dreaded virus that went around with the horrible coughing for 2.5 weeks before this I guess this is a lesson teaching me that I talk too much and I should hush and listen to the world speak, birds sing, and the children
