Here is the schedule for the upcoming week! **NOTE** We have moved Wednesdays Yoga class at 6:00PM to Friday at 5:15PM. Also, we have moved Chutes and Ladders on Sunday morning to Sunday evening at 6:00PM. GOLFERS!!! The Golf Fitness Workshop is Saturday April 12th at 1:30PM. Admission is only $5!! Spots are limited so reserve your space online or call us! Keep an eye out for some high intensity classes coming out in the VERY near future :) !!!
