Here is the workout for Saturday, 8:30am. Courtesy of Vicki Pachucki. We are meeting at the park and running east on the trail. You will turn around after 2 rounds. What you will need: 1. Water 2. A watch to keep track of time or a partner who has a watch. 3. A small towel that you can tuck around your neck to use for knee pushups in case you are not near grass on the trail -or- you will need to do guy pushups/have skinned up knees! Round 1: Run 10 minutes, 40 jumping jacks, 40 squats, 40 pushups Round 2: Run 10 minutes, 30 jumping jacks, 30 squats, 30 pushups Turn around Round 3: Run 10 minutes, 20 jumping jacks, 20 squats, 20 pushups Round 4: Run 10 minutes, 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 pushups Should be 50-60 minute workout! Meet on the Rail Trail by the Park Pavilions.
