Here is what Murphy has to say - This weekend I travelled to Seattle to participate in Sea-to-Sky a West Coast Dance conference, and my Grandmother felt ill while I was at her house so we took her to the hospital. Sometimes coincidences occur in our lives that are such an anomaly I truly believe they are of a design greater than anything I can imagine. On this trip, I asked my mother for advice, and for once in my life I was able to hear her loud and clear. She had great advice, and linked me up with Dan Mazur, who appears to be a role model I have yet to meet. I discovered one of his Service treks, that brought a tear to my eye as I read about the cause, and have applied for one of his courses in January: summitclimb/new/default.asp?vid=70 Today Im hopeful that Ill have a chance to connect with what I consider to be a great man, supporting great causes, and going to perhaps some of the most beautiful places on the planet. By foot... yes, hes probably a little crazy too. I know, I know, they invented planes many years ago... we dont care.
