Here is where the AFA fine print is tripping people up. Obama said you can keep your existing plan if you want to. What he DIDNT say was that you can keep it IF it meets ALL of the requirements set forth in the AFA. Once the law was passed (there is a difference between law and regulations) regulations were issued that forced plans to make changes. IF your plan made ANY material change, no matter how small, it no longer qualified to be grandfathered. Obama knew this and deliberately misled the public to help him get re-elected and to push his legacy legislation. Its coming back to bite him on the ass and it rightfully should.
