Here is where we are with order fulfillments today: - We are shipping Ground orders from October 15th and 16th. - The backorders we are filling are for Thieves® Dentarome Ultra Toothpaste, Deep Relief™ Roll On, Cinnamon Bark, Thieves Household Cleaner, Thieves Floss and Cedarwood. - There is a 7-12 day wait time for the Premium Starter Kits, as our Everyday Oils™ inventory is quite tight. All backorders for the Everyday Oils have been shipped. As a reminder, the highest priority orders being filled each day are the oldest orders that have all items in inventory and orders that have paid for expedited shipping (Next Day and 2-Day Shipping). If you have a question about whether or not your order has shipped, the quickest way to check is to go to your Virtual Office and look in the Recent Orders tab. If the order has shipped the tracking number will be listed by the order number. If the tracking number includes a Z in the number, then it is a UPS tracking number. To track the order you will need to go to the UPS website tracking at this link: ups/tracking/tracking.html. When orders are placed we’re still giving a general guideline of the following: “Due to our high shipping volume, your order may arrive one to two weeks behind its original expected delivery date. If you select next-, two-, or three-day shipping for your order, it will be delivered on schedule.”
