Here is where we stand.... house and I were arrested Last February for a rescue that we conducted one year ago this month. Rocky was a guard dog for a car lot. The owner stated that he could not provide safety for Rocky after the threats made to him and his business by the public, and he did not want the dog to go back to the shelter he adopted the dog from. thats a problem in itself by not illegal we then offered to take Rocky into our care. Our owner surrender that he signed clearly states who we are and what our intentions were. Not only did he sign the owner surrender with big bold letters saying Justice Rescue but also made us a copy and printed his drivers license as proof. Over the next few days somehow the owner with what we have a lot of documents that other people were involved changed his mind and told the police lies. Keep in mind that The Police and DAs office only gets one side. In the case its one person lying about what the events were. They have not yet seen all the proof we have and We are certain that once they do that they will see that we are very responsible, legally ran operation and we did everything by the book, and what was in the best interest for everyone involved. and we have overwhelming proof Please everyone keep in mind that the police and The DAs have the responsibility to keep the streets safe and free of as many people who are doing illegal things. They only can go by what was told to them at this point. House and I hold no grudge against them, because we are pro law enforcement and we will certainly be calling on them with evidence we have in the future to prosecute the bad people abusing animals... So please dont bash them as the felt they had to protect someone, but this time the person they are protecting lied. and we can prove it. We have police officers that volunteer and they know that we are doing what needs to be done and the right and legal way.. Lets keep as a professional organization and just show them the proof. I think that is all they need, I dont think they are trying to hurt people who are truly helping animals... WOLF
