Here is your last minute - dont have time to make fudge, Three Minute fudge recipe - No double boiler no thermometer no mess. All Done! 1 - 12 oz package semi sweet chocolate chips ( my mom insists on Hershey brand) 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla Open your bag of choc Prepare a buttered glass fudge dish - set nearby because you gotta move fast! Pour the milk into a microwavable bowl cook the milk for three minutes in the microwave It will be very hot so be careful Pour the vanilla in the bubbling hot milk pour the choc chips into the milk stir rapidly until all of the choc chips are melted pour mixture into your glass plate and let it set up.
