Here it is! Finally! Your fitness challenge of the week! Compliments of 21 Day Fix we will be doing alternating high plank to forearm plank. 30 secs leading with your right, 30 secs leading with your left for s total of one minute. Just a couple pointers. Keep your feet together, butt down, and pelvis tucked. So like it, share it, do it! I hope to see lots of you getting up, getting moving, and getting this done! Lets do this!
