Here it is...Our first Foam Roller Friday video! To massage knots from your calves rest your foot on the roller and support your weight with your arms, careful not to lock-out your elbows. Roll from just below your knee to your ankle. Hold the roller in one spot to treat any tight areas. Rotate leg in, then out to release different areas of the calf.
