Here it is! This is my before and after pic and I couldnt be happier! Its funny that I dont realize a difference until I compare my pictures. I never took pics before and I am so glad that I have been recording my journey. On Dec 1st I decided to make a change and I ordered the T25 challenge pack which included the T25 workout program and Shakeology. I also agreed to be in my first ever challenge group. I was so nervous because I didnt know what to expect. At the same time, I put myself out there to all of you! I was taking a huge risk in myself and trusting the process !!! I can’t believe that I got these results by working out for only 25 min a day with T25. It is such a good workout in such a short period of time. I use to think I had to do cardio for at least 45 minutes. I was certainly wrong. T25 is genius! I was really nervous to start drinking Shakeology. I never believed in weight loss shakes/pills. I know for many people that as soon as they stopped taking them, they would gain the weight right back. Shakeology is actually not a weight loss shake. It is a meal replacement that fuels your body with all the nutrients it needs for the day to support “healthy” weight loss. It also has given me so much more energy, keeps me full longer, helps with cravings, makes me regular (I use to have a huge issue) and makes me feel good overall. I have also noticed that my acne has gone away. Not sure if that is a coincidence. The challenge group is what introduced me to “clean eating”. The group also gave me the motivation to press play every day and inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle. The group has given me the tools to get me where I am today. I look at my before pic and I see a women who was so unhappy with herself. I am so glad that I made the huge step to make a change.
