Here´s shamanic story 2: My first was from Pisac, Peru and involved a dog named Don Francisco and a San Pedro cactus ceremony. THis one was in Canoa on the beach, Ecuador. I´d taken LSD one evening and my shamanic self kicked up and out. As I looked out the window of my flat a tree morphed into a giant head, a cross between a coconut and a monkey, I kept going back to the window now and again to look at this what I understood was the tropical coastal version of the Green Man the nature spirit of the wood in the British Isles. I also understood the Coconut Man´s spirit was alive in the local surfers there. A week or so later I went into an Artist shop in Canoa who´s very into the indigenous spirit, George, he´s half indigenous his self he collects artifacts and considers himself a guardian for them. Well, I walked into his shop and looked up and there was a stuffed doll but it was the same face I´d seen in the tree that night, this was quite a confirmation for me. Later, I thought there was a reason I saw C.M. in that particular tree too, it´s probably a old species connected to Canoa area.
