Here this is it. Listen to the old News reports, theyre from this 8 or 9 month period in the mid 70s when skinheads declared war on the rich and wealthy. The culture goes through stages. Originally in the 60s it was rock and roll and mods, they hang around US army bases pickung up the American music, what they called Argie Bargy. The English had like a Royal Classical Musical association so theyd only get classical stuff on the radio. Then when the Jamaicans came they brought a new beat, the off-beat, this is early 70s and the start of two-tone. Boot boys and rude boys. Guys mixing rock and roll with reggae, the start of punk. By the 70s unemployment was really bad, so you had large packs of these skinheads standing around doing nothing, and one day they snap and start attacking the rich. By the early 80s the skinhead culture has split ibto two subcultures, one who believes in a class war, the other who believes in a race war. The half that want a race war, want one because the migrants are working for next to nothing like the 457 visa - thats where the racism comes from.
