Here was some of my hodgepodge workout today. I started with this HIIT routine, focusing on core and shoulders...between each exercise I threw in 20 parallel or externally rotated rocket squats(squat jumps). So todays focus was legs, shoulders, triceps and core! Im doing more mixed parts because I just need to get back in the groove after 2 weeks off from weight training.
