C.A. is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service in dealing with patients and smoothly running the front desk of a fast-paced practice. Some of the main duties will include: • Working closely with all new patients as the new patient advocate/concierge • Working closely with the doctors in support of the patients • Monitoring patient financial accounts in the practice • Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments • Performing data entry tasks • Future cross-training for technical positions, including taking X-rays Requirements/Skills: • College Education preferred; high school diploma required • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects • Diversified Computer skills, primarily MicroSoft Office Suite, Social Media and ability to learn practice software • Commitment to healthcare and wellness • Willing to work at either location-Lake Oconee/Milledgeville • High energy, positive attitude, professional demeanor, empathy and good listening skills required – we will train you in the details!
