Here we are at day one of 2015, whats on your schedule? I just noted in my Exercise Diary, I did 128 recored workouts last year. I had some Lifetime Personal best lifts, which makes this year even more exciting. I also finished writing several new books, made my financial goals and reversed my age by a few more years, once again! So, like I said, its day one and a new start.
