Here we are in Edinborough, Scotland . Last night we went to "a taste of Scotland "with singing, dancing, bagpipes etc. We had a nice meal and afterwards they brought out a sample of |haggis. Haggis ground mutton, oatmeal, herbs and spices. It is usually served in a bladder like casing. The one we ate last night did not have a casing. TODAY, the virus that has been haunting me finally got the better of me. Toni and |Sue went on a tour of the city of Edinborough-- including a nice hike up to Edinborough castle-- but I thought it better to stay in the room and rest. I just came down to the dining room for a nice bowl of tomato soup and tea. I do feet better. The girls hated to leave me but I know what I had to do to feel better. I told them to take their time and to spend the day doing what they wanted to do. We are having a great time! The people are all so nice. The people on tour with us are from India, Australia, Chilie, and the States. It is a nice , friendly group.
