Here we go! I am bringing you some Holiday Fitness!! Its Thunder Arms THURSDAY so get going on these Shoulder Tap Push-ups. Keep your back straight and hips tucked, no butts in the air! Alternate taps on your shoulders after coming up. Be sure to inhale and exhale. Complete for 1 minute. Modifiers: come down on your knees instead of being on your feet if needed. Here in this exercise you are working your core and also your arms and shoulders. Healthy Eating Tip of the Day: Get some #beets into your diet.
