Here we go... I have a secret for you. Its my own recipe for Banana Bread. Try it. I promise you will LOVE it. I expect comments. 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon of allspice 1/4 cup of salted peanuts 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 mashed overripe bananas 1 1/2 cleaned ripe papaya bake in a greased bread tin with oven set at 350 for approx. 1 hr or till the bread looks cooked.
