Here we go again! Another frozen shoulder?!? Nerve pain is the worst - almost went to ER Friday night. At least this one is my left and I can still write this time. Can only sleep sitting up for 2 hrs at a time. I cant do surgery (blood clotter), cant do cortizone shot (immune system/MCS/Mold), so i get the anti inflamatory prescript and it may increase chance of heart attack or stroke , dehydration (which is how i got the first frozen shoulder) among other things....EEEErrrrrrr. So i cant use my arm (zero mobility), heat and ice and muscle rub only options with an occasional tylenol - its gona be a LONG 3-6 months until it freezes and then another 9+ months to unfreeze. Maybe my nutritionist apt can shed some light?
