Here we go again another opportunistic developer wants to take advantage of AVDCs incompetence! ....95 houses proposed East of Green End Street, Aston Clinton, Bucks.... the flood gates are open and the opportunistic developers and speculators are having a field day! My neighbour wrote: I spent in excess of 15 hours wading through the last application and all its attachments (Brook Farm, Brook St) in order to object on valid grounds.
