Here we go with the crazy parking at Laurel Police Department again! As mentioned in a similar posting recently, another motorist came to conduct business at the Cop Shop today, but she used the old car park markings from long ago because the correct ones have faded even as the old ones re-appear from beneath a thin layer of asphalt sealer applied four years ago. Thanks to the City of Laurel being too cheap to rebuild that lot properly in 2010 (as in digging it up and laying fresh pavement), their quick-fix of covering the lot in sealer, then painting new lines on it has come round to bite them on the bum! Chances are, DPW will probably come round and re-seal the old pavement once more and well go through this again in another four years time.
