Here we grow..... We are in need of an EXPERIENCED veterinary receptionist to fill a full time position. Applicant must be willing to work mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Duties include but not limited to: answering multi line phone system, scheduling appointments, invoicing and reviewing charges with clients, knowledge of vaccines and preventatives, filing, typing, balancing end of day, maintaining clean reception area and maintaining sympathy and professionalism during high-stress situations. Requirements for position: * Minimum 2 consecutive years of veterinary hospital experience. Must be recent experience. * Able to multi-task and handle heavy work load. * Reliable, kind, professional and ready to give it 100% at all times. * Able to perform specific job duties without constant supervision * Knowledge of AVImark software * Schedule flexibility * Professional appearance Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements.
