Here what tickles the hell out of me EVERY year. I live in Chicago. I was born and raised in Chicago. So why dont I root for the Bears? Because I became disgruntled with team management. I think they fail every year to put a Championship caliber team on the field sort of like the Cubs fail to do. So many years ago I decided to stop supporting a team that management (the owners) doesnt give a care about if it wins.Remember the 85 Bears? Of course you do. What did the management do after winning the Super Bowl? Refuse to pay key defensive players and break up the team. I know what you are saying, But Tell...You dislike the Bulls too And you are absolutely correct. Why? Same reason. Consider this..Micheal Jordan retires in 93....who do the Bulls sign to replace him? Pete Meyers. A guy who had never scored 300 point in a SEASON!! Jordan usually had more fouls in a year than Meyers had points. Then when Jordan returns...They tell The Best Coach in the league even if they win another Championship (98) he wont be resigned. How is that whats best for a team??? So again...I have reasons to not root for the Bears. Bulls, or Cubs. And you guys hate on my Eagles why? Because I like them....HEE-LARRY-OUS. I will continue to soar when the Eagles win and Pout when they lose. How Bears fans feel about them is of very little consequence. Theres levels to the ISH...try to get on mine.
