Here you go mommas, this post is for you! The biggest complaint is TIME, there is never enough time to workout. Short little exercise can all add up and be effective. Dont underestimate the 10 minutes of homework time that you can do little things like the core work in the video for 2 minutes, or squats while cooking dinner, or lunges while prepping lunch, or 1 minute wall sits while helping the kids with timed homework- or is that just me - and planks, or parking further back in the parking lot and walking a ways into the store. Something is better than nothing. Its doesnt have to be 30 minutes to an hour all at one time. Make you time be effective and insert exercise when possible. We all have the same time in the day, we can all build many excuses, just dont! Make each minute count!
