Heres a barn cat that a horse owner at Hawthorne left behind a while back. She had kittens that I got out first and into Animal Care League in Oak Park then after the season ended the horse owner left her cat so I got her out as well. So many cats are left behind after the seasons end. Very sad but I got them better homes so thats the good part. Hawthorne has no real program in place and before I started out there, so many animals suffered. Legally I dont know how they got away with it for so many years.
