Heres a beautiful cake and cake pops to wish Sofia a very happy 1st birthday. Rich chocolate cake shaped into a cushion and filled with chocolate frosting before being coated in chocolate ganache and chocolate flavoured fondant. Pink gumpaste was used for all the decoration and trimmings to make sure this cake was fit for a princess :) Cake pop gift boxes were to be used as table centre pieces with the acrylic stands to be placed beside the cake. The cake pops were supplied in a variety of flavours and drizzled designs in shades of pink and white. Drizzled cake pops are £18 per dozen available in: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry & white chocolate, lemon drizzle, chocolate orange, cherry madeira, coffee, toffee, cola, carrot cake, christmas spice, champagne and strawberry champagne.
