Heres a bit of a recipe for my Braised-Then-Fried Chicken A La Wizzy (Baked Bean edition) Share it to your timeline so you can find it later. Cut big chunks of potato and onion and place in a roasting pot. Season them with salt and pepper or whatever the hell you want. Season your chicken like you would for however you want it to taste. Place it on top of the potatoes and onions. Open a can or 2 of your favorite baked beans and pour directly over the chicken. Add a can of some tomato product like spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, or hell, even 1 cup of ketchup.
