Heres a call for authors, something we rarely do, but think makes sense for this project because so many knowledgable Chinese food enthusiasts work in other fields, and we have such a lot to cover! Im hoping that some of my contacts on Facebook will help us find those hidden experts as well as those whove published on aspects, both major and minor, of the whole of Chinese culinary history and tradition.
