Heres a candid interview I did with The Bicycle Story in Seattle. I talked a little bit about what Im doing next year, what its REALLY like to be a pro and have sponsorships, and why I choose the races I do! thebicyclestory/2014/12/sonya-looney/ When they asked me if I had anything else to say, this is what I added: Cycling has a taught me so much and I couldn’t have learned this any way other than exactly what I’m doing. We are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for. If you’re brave enough to take opportunities that come your way and keep an open mind and work hard then you’ll be successful in your life. You’ll be rewarded for it. You’re going to find out things about yourself that you wouldn’t have learned otherwise. It gives life a lot more substance.
