Heres a combo I love that works your hamstrings and even some glutes! 1⃣ Dumbbell Deadlifts - make sure to keep your back straight and think of your hips as a hinge as you lower the weight down, SQUEEZE your glutes on the way up! Ill alternate using a barbell sometimes, but feel that I get a better range of motion with the dumbbells 2⃣ Seated Hamstring Curls (partial reps shown here as a superset) - to really isolate the hamstring and work the ham/glute tie in, lean forward with your butt all the way back and pulse the reps...aim for 20-25 reps to really burn it out! Give it a try and let me know how you like!!!
