Heres a couple more pics of the new wall bracket. They are made from TIG welded 304 stainless steel. So far we have run successful trials with these on a CFA medium pumper (see earlier post re: Bayswater fire brigades truck) and on the locker door of a CFA 3.4C Tanker. As with OneKey fire fighting spanners we have taken many years of fire fighting experience and both good and bad feedback to produce something that works and keeps on working. The advantage of this bracket is the ease in which the OneKey is inserted and removed from the bracket by the handle. For some reason, traditionally brackets on fire appliances have tended to hold the tool by the handle meaning the fire fighter has to grab the tool by the working end. We felt this wasnt the safest way and tools have handles for a reason! We are confident that fire fighters will like the way the brackets work with OneKey fire fighting spanners. We hope you like them!
