Heres a great exercise if your gym lacks a seated calf machine! Bent knee calf raises target the Soleus, which is a muscle under the Gastrocnemius. Build this muscle to push out the outer heads of the calf. Keep the weight over the balls of your feet a big toe. Really make sure you get a good stretch at the bottom and squeeze at the top!
