Heres a great exercise, rope pull-ups for bigger muscle recruitment through lat dorsi and biceps. Also great for core stabilisation. To increase the difficulty prop your feet up on a bench as Ive done in this video, keep your spine neutral and your chest up. Abs pulled in and tight. This is great for all you grapplers out there for grip strength. The greater the angle that you are Parallel to the floor the harder the exercise is. Give it a go... #FinishStrongFriday
