Heres a great little workout we did over the weekend with Trev aka Malaysian Machete Salang, 2 times and current IKBF NZ Champion. You are gonna need to pick up 2 of your favourite kettlebells, a skip rope and a Gymboss interval timer. This workout is gonna challenge your cardio and strength endurance as its nonstop with a 3 minute skipping active recovery and a 1 minute kettlebell exercise in between. A great sweat session. If this doesnt burn off some Kcal, then I dont know what will. Follow these instructions and tell us what you think. Remember to keep your core nice and tight on all the kettlebell exercises and maintain the intensity when you are skipping. 40 mins NON STOP Active Recovery - 3 mins skip in between each kettlebell exe Workout 10 x KB exercises - 1 min each 1.
