Heres a great pec blaster to really get the blood pumping to those chesticles! Its another press/fly hybrid with a twist. Really focus on the stretch and contraction at both ends of this movement. Start with the dumbbells in a neutral position at the top of the movement and lower your elbows as you would in a press while letting your hands drop wider than your elbows as you would in a fly. Ease the negative down nice and deep to get a good stretch across the pec muscle. From here, press the weight straight up towards the ceiling. About half way up begin to rotate the dumbbells by turning your pinkies and elbows in towards each other. At the contraction the dumbbells should be at about 45 degree angles. At this point focus give your pecs a good squeeze by pressing your elbows towards each other. Stick it for just a quick second then reverse out into your next rep.
