Heres a great recipe for some peanut butter protein bars! Quick, easy and no baking required! PB Protein Bars Recipe 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup coconut 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 1/2 cups oats (I used a natural muesli) 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup dates (pitted & chopped) you can use any dried fruit here. 1 ripe banana mashed Optional Extras 1-2scoops protein powder 2 tbs chia seeds 1 tbs flaxseed 1 tsp vanilla extract Combine all ingredients together. Press into a lined baking tin. Pop into freezer for an hour to firm. Slice, then into the fridge. DONE! Gets you about 12 servings! Enjoy!
